By installing or playing a Last Myth Studios game, or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game or the site.

Mythshards is offered free of charge and, in this version, does not involve commercial activity of any kind: there are no sales, subscriptions, advertising or real-money purchases, and nothing in it constitutes a commercial offer.

Commercial features may be added in the future. If that happens, new terms will be published and you will be asked to accept them before they apply.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, sell or redistribute the game or its assets, or use cheats, bots, exploits or modified clients.

Coins, gems, crystal shards, lives, boosters, chests and any other in-game item exist only inside the game and have no commercial or monetary value. They are obtained by playing and spent with the game's own currencies; no real money is involved in this version.

In-game purchases are final: items cannot be transferred to other accounts, cancelled, refunded, or redeemed for money or anything outside the game. Items may be changed or removed as the game evolves.

The game receives updates. Features, balance and rewards may change, and progress may in rare cases be adjusted to fix bugs or abuse. We will do our best to preserve it and to warn you in-game before any relevant change.

We may suspend or reset accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players or interfere with the service. Report bugs to us instead of exploiting them; honest reports are rewarded, exploits are not.

Nicknames, messages and screenshots you send us must not contain offensive, illegal or third-party protected material. By sending them you allow us to use them to run the service, handle your request and improve the game.

The games, characters, stories, art, music, names and logos belong to Last Myth Studios or its licensors. Fan art and videos of gameplay are welcome for non-commercial use with credit.

The games and site are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, suspend or discontinue them. This version is free and non-commercial, so you pay us nothing for it. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.
